Cook chicken liver sauce




Material:


* 10 pieces of chicken liver, cleaned, cut each section 2-3

* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil + 1 tablespoon butter for sauteing

* 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

* 5 red onions, sliced thin

* 3 tablespoons soy sauce

* 1 tbsp tomato sauce

* 1 / 3 tsp pepper

* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

* 1 / 2 tsp sugar

* 200 cc broth (hot)

* 2 fat red chilli, seeded, thinly sliced oblique

* 1 leek, cut into 2 cm

* 1 stalk celery, sliced

* 1 plum tomatoes (about 50 grams), the 4-6 split

* 50 gr peas, discarding the ends



How to make:


1. Boil enough water, brewed chicken liver until change color. Lift, drain.

2. Heat oil and butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.

3. Enter the chicken liver, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and sugar, stir.

4. Pour the hot broth, stir, let it boil. Enter chili and vegetables, and cook, stirring gently until thick, seasoning and cooked ingredients.
