Soto Madura





Material:

* 250 grams of boiled chicken meat, 250 grams suwir or thinly sliced beef
* 5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
* 250 grams of boiled potatoes, sliced
* 100 grams bean sprouts, discarding the roots and wash, flush with hot water
* 5 bunch scallions, sliced
* 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
* 5 sticks celery, thinly sliced
* Lime
* Fried onions

Spices are blended:

* 3 red onions
* 2 cloves garlic
* 5 candle nut

* 1 segment finger ginger
* 1 segment of finger galangal / laos
* 1 tsp pepper
* Salt to taste

How to Make:

* Boil chicken / beef with enough water until cooked. Lift, suwir slices of chicken or beef. Set aside.
* Enter the spices that have been mashed together with the lemongrass broth into the chicken / meat. Cook until the sauce simmering, lift.
* When ready to serve, governance in a bowl, sliced eggs, potatoes, bean sprouts and suwiran chicken / meat pieces. Drain cooking liquid, sprinkle with chopped spring onion, celery and onion. Serve with chili soup and lemon slices.

For 4-5 people.
