Ayam Bakar Limau

Materials:
1 chicken, cut into 6, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
2 oranges limes, halved
3 tablespoons soy sauce
100 ml coconut milk
4 lime leaves
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
5 pieces of red onion
3 cloves garlic

Managing way:


1. Puree the onion.
2. Puree the garlic.
3. Marinate chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes. Set aside.
4. Saute onion and white have been mashed with lime leaves until fragrant.
5. Add the chicken, stirring until the color changes.
6. Add soy sauce and coconut milk. Stir until half cooked.
7. Grilled with lemon slices until done.
8. Serve with warm rice.
