Materials:
200 grams of chicken breast meat, cut into long thin
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, cindang
50 grams onion, chopped
100 ml chicken stock / water
100 ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce english
1 green bell pepper, cut into long thin
1 teaspoon dried basil
a little lime juice
Managing way:
1. Soak the chicken pieces with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Stir-fry with 2 tablespoons olive oil until slightly brown. Lift.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
4. Add broth / water, tomato sauce, soy sauce english, peppers and basil.
5. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes until a thick sauce.
6. Add salt and sugar if necessary.
7. Add the chicken saute, stirring, 1 minute. Before appointed, lime juice berries.
