Goat curry Java






Material:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic
3 eggs hazelnut
1 cm ginger
1 cm turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander
1 / 4 tsp cumin
1 / 4 tsp klabet
1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 / 4 teaspoon fennel
1 tsp acid Java
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:
# Heat oil and saute finely seasoning with other spices until fragrant.
# Add the lamb, stirring until the color changes.
# Pour coconut milk, cook over low heat while stirring occasionally until meat is tender and gravy greasy.
# Remove. Serve hot.
